Refund policy

In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, Wa-Mono will refund the sums paid (including delivery costs), upon receipt of the product, at the latest within 14 days from the date on which Wa-Mono is informed of your decision to withdraw. This reimbursement date may be postponed until recovery of the product.

Return costs are your responsibility and will not be refunded.

Wa-Mono does not accept returns collect.
